How much time do I need to dedicate to this program each week?
My program is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. Each workout is only 30 minutes long, and I recommend three to four sessions per week. This means you can achieve your fitness goals with just 1.5 to 2 hours of exercise weekly.
Do I need any special equipment to get started?
Yes, you will need a set of kettlebells to participate in the workouts. Kettlebells come in various weights, and I can help you choose the appropriate ones based on your fitness level and goals. Other than that, you can perform the workouts at home or in the gym.
How personalized are the meal plans?
My meal plans are highly personalized to meet your specific dietary needs, preferences, and goals. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your nutrition requirements and craft a meal plan that fits your lifestyle. Plus, a $200 food stipend helps you acquire the necessary ingredients.
What kind of support can I expect throughout the program?
You will receive comprehensive support throughout the program, including two weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and address any concerns.
